Take a break and join us at Being Well for our weekly guided meditation journey, Slow Down. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s important to give your nervous system the rest it needs. Allow our experienced Teachers to guide you through a deep and calming meditation journey that will help you slow down and find a moment of peace in your busy life. These journeys can be practiced laying down or seated. What do you need to bring? Please bring a Yoga Mat (If you don't have one please message us ) A blanket (Optional) A pillow (Optional) Water Anything else you feel you may need What if I have never meditated before? Even more reason to come, start your meditation journey with us, we will guide you and support you where needed.
