About the event

Join us to journey inwards. 

Grief is not just about those who have passed over, any time we lose someone close to us in our lifes, whether it be through a disagreement, drifting apart or anything else, we grieve that loss, not just humans either. We hold so mcuh grief and do not even realise is. 

The end of a relationship and friendship are extremeley common loses that people don't let themselves feel. Then we have the loss of a loved one passing to the other side. 

Any of the above cause a massive emotional rollercoaster within us, with life being busy or us just trying to 'get on with it' the body holds all that grief and it shows up later in unpleasant and uncertain ways. Let me guide you through a journey within to let your body release all that no longer serves it. 

We will provide a safe space and guidance for you to explore conscious breathwork. This Breathwork allows you to discover deeper layers of yourself and improve your health.

In this current busy world we live in, where we are constantly distracted and seeking more, it is so important for us to pause. We are losing the ability to be able to listen to our bodies, to maintain healthy mental states, and to emotionally regulate ourselves without the need for external materialism. 

This evening will allow you to jounrey inwards, disocvering layers of yourself you may never have even noticed. This Breathwork allows you to explore, improve your health, feel and heal. Due to the nature of this Breathwork we ensure that the space is safe and held in a way that you can completely surrender. This breathwork is transformational and powerful.

Who is this for ?

Anyone over the age of 18 

This event is non gender specific - everyone is welcome 

Who is this not for?

Anyone who is pregnant 

Anyone with serious health conditions ( unless your Doctor gives permission)

Anyone with schizophrenia 

Anyone with high blood pressure

Anyone with multi personality disorder

What do you need to bring ?

Comfortable clothes

Blankets/ pillows

Yoga mat ( if you have one, we will have some too)


A journal / notebook and pen 

Any of your favourite items that have you feeling safe and connected
