We will provide a safe space and guidance for you to explore conscious breathwork. This Breathwork allows you to discover deeper layers of yourself and improve your health. We will move our bodies, allow for free expression with no f*cks given and have a blinking GREAT TIME 

In this current busy world we live in, where we are constantly distracted and seeking more, it is so important for us to pause. We are losing the ability to be able to listen to our bodies, to maintain healthy mental states, and to emotionally regulate ourselves without the need for external materialism.
