Couples Retreat

Join us for this immersive Couples Retreat in a beautiful location by the River.

Our intentions for this Retreat are to drive effective communication, encourage play, connection and consciousness into your relationship. 

Our schedule is as follows 

Friday 

Arrival: 6pm - 8pm 

Dinner and Disconnect from the outside world : 8.15pm - 9pm 

Sharing Circle: 9.30pm 

Saturday 

Movement & Meditation: 8.30am - 9.30am ( Mirror Movements, Partner Stretches and Intuitive Breathwork ) 

Breakfast: 9.45am 

Unpack and Unravel Workshop: 10.30am - 1.30pm ( Breathwork, DIscussion, Sharing, Movement & more )

Lunch: 1.45pm 

Time to reflect & connect alone : 2.30pm 

Dinner: 6.30pm 

Paint & Play 8.30pm 

Sunday 

Movement & Meditation: 8.30am - 9.30am ( Meditation, Partner Playfulness and Re-connective Breathwork ) 

Breakfast: 9.45am 

Tools and Techniques Workshop; 10.30am 

Closing Circle
