Re- Connect Day Retreat

Come and spend a day with us in the most beautiful location nestled in woodlands. 

Many of us are disconnected in so many ways, the busy world we live in, getting sucked into our phones/laptops and running around pleasing others. All of this has led us to feel disconnected. 

We invite you to join us for a full day of noursing and soulful connection, leaving the phones, work and busy life behind.

We have an abundance of offerings for you to fully immerse in, leaving you feel completely re-connected and ready to fly back into the world with love.

What will the day include ?

Arrive 9.30am - Tea and connect 

10am - Welcome Circle 

10.30am - Self Connection Yoga and Meditation 

11.30am - Connecting with Others 

12.45pm - Conscious Connective Lunch

1.15pm - Conscious Eating & Food Talk  

1.30pm - Connect to Nature - Walk, Grounding & Breathwork

2.15pm - Release & Reconnect 

3.15pm - Yin & Sound - Loving healing 

4.15pm - Closing Circle

Comfy clothes

Water 

Yoga Mat 

Journal & Pen 

Blanket and Pillow 

Anything else to make your day flow with ease and love 

Who is this for?

Anyone and everyone over the ages of 15 years old 

We are also holding a Community Camp out in the evening with a Fire Pit and fun, if you would like to also join this you can select the Retreat/camping ticket. There are Showers and Toilets available and there will be Morning Yoga and Meditation included on the Sunday.
