How will the evening work 

7pm - Doors Open - Mingle and settle into the space

7.15pm - Opening Circle; Meditation & Cacao 

7.45pm - Let the Music & Movement Flow 

9.30pm - Closing Circle 

10pm - Leave the space feeling full of love, peace and freedom

1. Silence is sacred. Ecstatic Dance is a non-verbal practice; communication happens through movement and expression, fostering a profound connection.

2. Embrace barefoot dancing. Ground yourself by feeling the earth beneath your feet, enhancing the connection to your surroundings.

3. Mindful presence. We cultivate a drug and alcohol-free environment to foster a conscious, present state of mind. Please DO NOT bring or consume before or during the event.

4. Disconnect to reconnect, leave your phone outside the dance space.

5. Mutual respect. Honor yourself and others by maintaining personal boundaries and being mindful of how your actions impact the shared space.
