Summer Solstice, Share, Shift and Sound

Join Kasia and Kayleigh for a beautiful evening outside in nature to start our Summer.

We will join together on Summer Solstice to share, breathe, shift energy with movement and meditate to the healing sounds of Singing Bowls in nature.

Coming together to share and shift into Summer using the practice of intention. We welcome in the seeds of our life's planted in the Spring to start growing, we celebrate the Sun shining on us more and coming together as a Community.

Kasia will be making some incredible raw vegan cake which we will enjoy together at the end. 

This practice will be nourishing for the mind, body and soul and will last for 2.5 hours. The Yoga Flow will be suitable for beginners, and will not be extensive and difficult, more freeing and loving.

This is on a booking only basis and the location will be sent to you a few days before the event. It will be easily accessible by a max of 15 minutes for anyone who lives in MK.
