Join us for this 6 week course, where we work on incorporating Meditation, Mindfullness, Breathwork and Mentoring to help you work on slowing down the thoughts, discover your ability to find that inner peace, and really being kinder to yourself and your body.
You will also recieve weekly guided meditations and breathwork videos to work with inbetween our weekly face-to-face sessions.
We will use a combination of tools and techniques throughout the course, giving you your own internal toolbox to take away with you to ensure you can continue to slow down your thoughts, make changes in your life that will have a positive influence and allow yourself that inner peace you seek & desire.
This course is suitable for anyone with a busy mind that wants help, support and guidance. This will be one of your best investments in yourself, your stress levels will decrease, your body will start to function on a healthier cellular level and you will feel more at ease.
